By placing an order through thegrailbrothers.com, the buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions. 

About our Pre-Order items: Items that fall under the pre-order category refer to any items that are not currently in-stock, but have been made available to order by our distributors. This means customers have the availability to reserve an item that will be available to ship at a future date. 

Items that have a high demand may sell out quickly. Hence, by placing a pre-order, costumers can reserve their item. 

When do items ship?: We attempt to provide an estimate of when you can expect to receive your item, based on the information our distributors share with us. Please note that these dates are only estimates and can be further prolonged for reasons which are out of our control. We can guarantee that as soon as we receive the items from our distributors, we will ship your item  within 3 business days of them becoming in-stock. If the pre-order item purchased is prolonged, we will notify you to the email you provide us. 

Pre-order Refunds/Cancelations/Returns: We do not accept returns for pre-order items. Cancelations within 24 hours for preorders will be accepted and a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Pre-order items will not be eligible for refund/cancelation after 24 hours of placing your order.

When Purchasing Pre-order and In-stock items: Please note that if you purchase an in-stock item along with a pre-order item within the same order, your in-stock items will not ship until your pre-order items becoming available to ship. If you wish to receive your in-stock items earlier, we advise you to place a separate order for in-stock items, and we will ship the in-stock items within 3 business days.

All pre-order items will be fully charged up-front, unless stated otherwise.

Box Condition/Shipping

At The Grail Brothers, we make every effort to exceed our customer’s needs by delivering quality shopping experiences. Due to the nature of the manufactures’ process, however; there may occasionally be products that experience slight box wear, paint imperfections on the figures, etc., which are out of our control. We strive to keep our items in the condition we receive them in, but we cannot always guarantee that the item will be without minimal box wear, as some may have box conditions that were acquired prior to us receiving the item. 

In case that there is significant box damage or major defect to the figure/item itself, we will note it in the description. Items listed as “box damaged, not mint, etc” are not eligible for a refund/return as the buyer agrees to the condition of item prior to purchase.

For ‘New’ items: In the event that your item purchased (listed as “new”) was damaged during shipping, please reach out to us within 3 days of received date with photographs of the damaged contents to info@thegrailbrothers.com. Minimal flaws to the packaging or paint imperfections to the item from manufacturing results will not be considered as a damaged product.

Shipping times: Please allow at least 3 business days for us to process your order. Once processed, you will automatically receive a tracking number through the email provided.

International Shipping: For the time being, we are not shipping internationally. Please check back at a later date for international shipping availability.

Return/Refund Policy

The following items are not eligible for refund/returns:

-Sale items

-All Cards items (Including sealed product)

-Pre-order items (After 24 hours of placing order)


Items eligible for refund: In the event that your item does not fall into the aforementioned categories and is damaged during shipping, please reach out to us within 3 days of received date with photographs of the damaged contents to info@thegrailbrothers.com to be considered for a refund. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued within 3 business days to the original method of payment used to purchase the item. After 3 days of received date, damaged items will not be eligible of return/refund.
