By purchasing pre-order items, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of delays. Refunds for pre-order items are not accepted after 72 hours of placing the order.
4. PRE-ORDER DISCLAIMER
Due to the manufacturing process, delays may occur that are beyond our control. In such cases, pre-order items may become unavailable, and orders may be subject to cancellation. We will provide a full refund for any canceled pre-order items.
5. IN-STOCK ITEM DISCLAIMER
While we strive to provide quality items, products may occasionally experience minor imperfections due to the manufacturing process. We cannot guarantee that items will be free from minimal box wear or paint imperfections. Any significant defects will be noted in the product description.
6. COMBINED ORDERS & PAYMENT
In-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together to streamline the delivery process. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped together once all pre-order items are available. If you prefer immediate shipment of in-stock items, please consider placing separate orders for pre-order items. Full payment for pre-order items is required upfront unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel any orders or withhold shipments until full payment is received.
7. RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Certain items, such as sale items and mystery boxes, are not eligible for return. damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt for consideration. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our criteria or match item description.
8. EXCLUSIVITY & PRODUCT DISPLAY
Some products may be exclusively available online and subject to limited quantities. while we strive for accuracy in product display, we cannot guarantee color accuracy, condition of boxes, and sticker placement due to variations in monitors and screens. we reserve the right to limit sales and quantities per customer.
